It is a pleasure to e-meet you.
My love of fiddle music started way back when I attended my first fiddle camp at the age of six. Over the years, I have been grateful to have made experiences and connections that brought me out to the West Coast of Canada, where I've lived for the past 6 years! It is here where I really started to collaborate with others, record, gig, perform, and develop my skills as a teacher while performing with Coastline and taking my diploma in Contemporary Music Performance through the Victoria Conservatory.
Once the pandemic hit, my grad recital (and everyone else's) was cancelled, leaving many musicians without work, and the ability to collaborate with others. I used this time to take a Certificate in Arts and Entertainment Management virtually through Capilano University.
This last year, I was out in Greater Vancouver, living with my partner as I continued to teach and took on some amazing administrative roles for fiddle organizations such as the Serena Eades Academy of Music and the North Shore Celtic Ensemble.
What is new for me you might ask?
Well, my fiancé and I have made the move out to Regina, Saskatchewan, to buy a house and open my own fiddle lessons studio - the Flatland Fiddling Studio! My goal is to help strengthen and recultivate the fiddle culture in Southeast SK! Please reach out to me if you are in the area and interested in Group or Private lessons! When I'm not teaching I can also be hired as part of performances or collaborations.
Thank you for stopping by! Feel free to learn more about me and my experience by flipping through some of the other pages found here.

I am beyond excited to be heading back to Saskatchewan and bringing all my studies from out on the West Coast with me! The Flatland Fiddling Studio will start lessons September 19th, and will run throughout the school year, offering various private lessons and group lessons. Keep your eyes peeled for school demos, student gigs, recitals, busking, public jams, and more!

I am excited to announce that I am transitioning my life from Victoria to Vancouver come September! Although I have learned so much and grown immensely as a musician while living on the island, I am thrilled to see what the mainland has to offer! Thank you to all that have continued to help me in this journey as a young artist!
